In 1971 Rev. Lloyd Perera founded Ceylonese Evangelistic Association. Rev. Lloyd Perera was a ordained
minister with the Assemblies of God. C.E.A. was founded with the express purpose of training, equipping, and
supporting pastors and church workers in Sri Lanka with the goal of helping them evangelize Sri Lanka and
become and self-supporting. In 1983, in order to describe our broader vision more accurately C.E.A.
changed it's name to N.E.A.T. Inc. Rev. Lloyd Perera passed away on July 13, 2004. His wife Roshini Perera
then took over as President and C.E.O.
N.E.A.T. is a registered 501 (3)(c) with the I.R.S. Our President and Chief Executive Officer is Roshini Perera
and our Chief Financial Officer is Mannix Perera.
